The pictures in this section conform to the Raider3.com Picture Standards (version 1.05), with the exception of the following:

And now, stay tuned for Baywatch: The Bay Area Cosplayer Picnic Version - I believe I goofed on saying it was performed by the male cosplayers. (Sorry, PikminLink.. ^_^;)
Insert your favorite Baywatch opening song here, I'm told there were four versions over the run of the series.

“Some people stand in darkness
Afraid to step into the light.
Some people need to help somebody
When the edge of surrender is in sight.
Don't you worry, it's going to be all right...”

Maybe it's just me, but I think this scene worked better with the girls in swimsuits, hmmm?

“...'Cause I'm always there,
I won't let you out of my sight.
I'll be there--never you fear
I'll be there--forever and always
I'm always here...”

For some reason, part of that particular song stays in my head, and came into my head during this photo sequence, only because a friend of mine used it in a similar parody scene in one of his films he had shown on the local public access cable channel.

Ok, now here's where my memory fades, I can't remember when this particular scene was supposed to end, or cut elsewhere in the opening. I didn't watch that much of the series, maybe about 2-3 episodes in my life so far.

Hmm, gee, this reminds me of a certain scene in the first Austin Powers film... What happens when the scene doesn't cut away when the villains are doing their evil laughter... How do the STOP! Wait, was this cosplay scene supposed to go this far? Oh, geez...

Oh, my God, they're coming RIGHT TOWARD US! I don't like the look in KenshinKen's eyes, I think he's liking that machete a little too much. They're getting closer, they're getting closer, RUN! Run for your lives!

Ok, I think I'm having way too much fun captioning these pictures. There was supposed to be a theme here, but I think I've gotten way off track. Maybe you can tell I was doing this section at just before 4 AM on Mon., Aug. 25, 2003. I think it's time to stop now and work on the other 75% of the pictures later.

Up Next: Fun with... Kelp!
